Event Description:
Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) will be the second agency highlighted in our new series of “Doing Business With” various commands on Post.
The seminar will be on Tuesday, October 24, in the Chamber Board Room. Lunch will be served beginning at 11:30AM, with the program beginning promptly at 12 Noon.
Presenting will be Dale Killip, Main Store Manager, South Post, and Pam Taylor Services Business Manager, Fort Bragg/Seymour Johnson AFB Exchange Army & Air Force Exchange Service. Their presentation is expected to include information on: the kinds of contracts that AAFES requires in the local area, --the requirements to compete for AAFES contracts, how businesses can work with AAFES to bring service and products on post in empty AAFES shopping center space and kiosks, how businesses could work with AAFES on advertising, partnership, and sponsorship activities, how businesses would go about placing a product in AAFES on a local, regional, or national basis.
The program and lunch is free to MAC members and $20 for non-MAC members.
