On behalf of Major General Brandon Tegtmeier, Commanding General, 82nd Airborne Division, you are invited to a ceremony at which Command Sergeant Major Randolph Delapena will relinquish responsibility of the 82nd Airborne Division to Command Sergeant Major James Bradshaw on Wednesday, the twenty- first day of January, two thousand twenty-six beginning at ten o’clock in the morning.
